Terms of Service

You need an account and an active paid subscription for persistent student learning features. Use an email or Google account you can continue to access, keep any password or one-time sign-in code private, and don't share your account. Self-service accounts are for people aged 13 and older. We have not yet enabled accounts for younger students.

• Try Scholar: A limited no-account demonstration, not a membership. Up to three interactions per day; no personal uploads, saved Learning Session, or Teacher access.
• Scholar+: Founding Family launch price of $79/month, with a standard future rate of $99/month after the founding offer closes. The membership includes the full learning system plus8 direct Teacher Questions per monthly cycle.
• Scholar+ Live: A planned 2027 service with scheduled virtual Teacher sessions. It is not currently included, sold, or available for preorder.

One direct Teacher Question covers a focused asynchronous support case connected to a learning issue, including a substantive human response and reasonable clarification or follow-up when needed. It is not a live tutoring appointment, an hour of instruction, or emergency support. The 8 included Questions refresh each monthly cycle and do not roll over. Teacher availability depends on eligibility, educator assignment, and capacity. Previously purchased Teacher Check-In balances remain valid under the terms that applied when they were purchased; new add-on sales are not part of the current launch offer.

New subscriptions cannot be purchased until enrollment and payment setup open. The current launch offer is monthly only; no annual plan is being offered. Cancel from Account to stop renewal; access generally continues through the paid-through date. Existing historical subscribers retain the billing terms of their current subscription unless they deliberately change plans; rejoining after a fully ended membership uses the price then offered to new members.

Payments, once enabled, will be processed by Stripe; we do not store card details. Applicable taxes will be shown before purchase. A lapse stops new persistent learning activity but does not automatically delete the account or historical data. Account and privacy controls remain available.

Scholar guides you toward the answer with hints, steps, and questions — they're designed not to hand over finished work. Submitting AI or teacher-written work as your own may violate your school's policy. Use Scholar+ to understand the work, and follow your teacher's and school's rules.

Don't use Scholar+ for anything unsafe, harassing, illegal, or unrelated to studying, and don't upload other people's personal information. Your Library activity are private to your account and authorized staff. Content that breaks these rules can be removed and repeated violations can end an account.

Teacher feedback is published by an authorized human educator. Availability and response times vary; Teacher is not live chat or emergency support. AI responses can still be wrong; always check important work. Scholar+ is a study aid, not a substitute for your school, and we can't guarantee any particular grade or outcome.
